The Book
My instructional book should be finished sometime....hopefully. I feel like the Tolstoy of instructional books right now. Words are flowing out like endless rain into a paper cup...sorry. The editing will be a nightmare, but I promise it will be concise, educate, and entertain. With proper use, you too will be able to rule your minions! (sounds more Machiavelli than Tolstoy eh?)

Some General Tips
- pick up your instrument everyday with a minimum of 5 min/day of practice
- understand that you don't have to "get good" overnight
- understand the difference between "playing" and "practicing"
- most great musicians are music fans first and foremost
- enjoy learning music. it's about the process not the result
- I can't teach you anything, only YOU can teach you
